Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer for the Conversational Ad Experiences team within Sponsored Products and Brands. You will drive major product and engineering initiatives, build low-latency distributed systems, and develop ML infrastructure and data pipelines that power advertiser and shopper experiences at scale.

You will collaborate with the science team to deploy LLM models in production and contribute to LLMOps, impacting hundreds of millions of Amazon shoppers

Qualifications

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

Design, build and operate key pieces of customer-facing functionality impacting hundreds of millions of Amazon shoppers.
Drive major product and engineering initiatives, build large-scale, low-latency distributed systems and develop ML infrastructure and data processing pipelines.
Partner with science team to implement LLM models in production and contribute to LLMOps.
