Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL is seeking a skilled Senior Associate Software/Integration Engineer to join our team for software integration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting in a Linux environment.

You will collaborate across software and infrastructure teams, bringing hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript or Java, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, plus a comfort with AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; graduate degree or equivalent with 0–2 years.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD IAT Level II within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Leverage experience in cloud development with a strong preference for AWS to build robust cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with CAP and high-side AWS environments is highly desired.
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and cost-effective using AWS services.
• Engage in daily interactions with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Produce detailed documentation to support design, development, and deployment processes.
• Adapt to support various mission areas with a strong commitment to mission success.
