You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship features that improve transit operations and rider experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building scalable cloud-based services and end-to-end stack work (backend and frontend).
• Strong collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and extend cloud-based services and frontend applications.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to identify needs and determine technical approaches.
• Prototype quickly to de-risk projects and iterate into production-ready solutions.
• Deliver incremental value by planning work, breaking down tasks, and regularly demonstrating progress.
• Communicate trade-offs and document architectural decisions.
• Apply modern software engineering practices for robust, maintainable systems.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and collaboration.
• Take ownership of code and domain, participating in retrospectives.
