Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building production-grade applications in a collaborative team.
• 5+ years with modern frontend tech such as React/TypeScript.
• 5+ years backend with C#/.NET.
• Designing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with relational DBs, PostgreSQL.
• Automated testing strategies and modern testing frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence technical direction across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software across frontend and backend.
• Lead implementation of complex features within distributed, cloud-based architectures.
• Translate product requirements into technical designs and plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers throughout the SDLC.
• Drive engineering best practices including code quality, testing, observability, security, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to peers.
• Identify risks early and help teams mitigate them.
• Contribute to architectural decisions to enable long-term platform scalability.
• Champion continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.
• Mentor engineers through leadership and knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate emerging tools to improve productivity and quality.
