Qualifications

• 8+ years building and shipping production software applications.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, and/or .NET.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture, Kafka.
• Experience using AI tools in daily development.
• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into production features.
• Collaborative problem-solving with a proactive mindset.
• Comfort in a fast-moving product environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable web apps using TypeScript, React, and/or .NET.
• Partner with engineers and architects to design Azure solutions.
• Lead and coach team members through difficult problems.
• Help build and maintain event-driven architecture.
• Turn complex business requirements into simple technical solutions.
• Raise the bar on code reviews, pairing, mentoring less experienced developers.
• Deliver high-quality work at a predictable cadence.
• Support production, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, technical planning, and design reviews.
