Job summary

LodgeLink is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ to shape the future of workforce travel. You will design, build, and operate cloud-native solutions in Go, React, NodeJS, and related tech, focusing on scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.

You will collaborate with engineers and leaders to define technical vision, ensure robust release pipelines, and continually improve code quality and system design. On-site with 20% remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development lifecycle and a passion for learning
• mastery of SDLC, SOLID, TDD/BDD, and clean architecture
• 5+ years with Go, ReactJS, NodeJS, gRPC, microservices and NoSQL
• 10+ years of cloud development patterns and release pipelines
• 5+ years API-first design with loosely coupled systems
• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Responsibilities

• Mentor teammates and raise engineering bar across the team
• Promote best coding practices and continual improvement
• Develop tools/templates to streamline developer productivity
• Scale platform to handle heavy load while maintaining uptime
