Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Systems or related field and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, and at least one programming language (Java, Python or JavaScript).
• Experience managing apps in Azure; familiarity with Kubernetes and modern cloud platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Splunk, Datadog, and Postman is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify highly specialized applications.
• Ensure privacy, security, and regulatory compliance per internal policies.
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of Optum applications.
• Collaborate with users to extend functionality and provide post-deployment support.
• Follow SDLC protocols and maintain required release metrics and testing.
