Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years hands-on software engineering experience with modern languages and cloud platforms.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business objectives into technical designs and phased delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex optimization initiatives from problem definition to rollout and outcome validation.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and escalate material risks.
• Architect and build reusable software, data pipelines, dashboards, and automation across cloud services.
• Partner with engineering and finance leadership to define baselines, cost-benefit assumptions, and delivery options; validate savings.
• Diagnose inefficiencies across distributed services and data platforms; improve compute, storage, and data movement.
• Mentor junior engineers through design guidance, code reviews, and technical coaching.
