Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of software development experience; 3+ years as a Software Engineer building scalable systems.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, algorithms, and system architecture.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus among team members.
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Solve complex technical problems and guide technology selection, architecture decisions, and project planning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
• Demonstrate strong cloud experience (Azure & AWS) and data system design expertise.
• Experience with AI agent code development and integration into products.
• Data system design and architecture involvement.
