Job summary

Edgesource Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to assist with migrating our on-prem production system to a cloud platform. This full-time onsite role is based in the Chantilly, VA area.

You will build .NET Core components, support design changes for a cloud-first infrastructure, and work with Windows/SqlServer clusters.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of related work experience, or 15 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Experience supporting cloud migration efforts.
• Experience with Angular/TypeScript.
• Experience Microsoft ASP.NET REST API.
• SqlServer Database experience.

Responsibilities

• Support cloud migration with the current on-prem infrastructure.

• Support the redesign of existing software infrastructure to adopt cloud-first infrastructure.

Position Overview

Edgesource is seeking a highly skilledSenior Software Engineer to assist with the migration of our current on-prem production system to our customer’s cloud platform. This position requires that all job duties be performed full-time onsite in the Chantilly, VA area.

Job Duties

• Support cloud migration efforts with thecurrent on-prem infrastructure is based on Microsoft Windows servers with several Always-On SqlServer Clusters
• Build software components in .NET Core
• Support the re-design of existing software infrastructure to adopt cloud-first infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• Possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
• Bachelors plus 11 years of related work experience OR 15 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise software solutions
• Experience supporting cloud migration efforts
• Experience with Angular/Typescript
• Experience Microsoft ASP.NET REST API

Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED)

• Experience with Python programming language
