Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Capacity Management team. You will design, build, and enhance full stack applications to improve capacity planning and optimization across the organization.

The role focuses on frontend work with React and JavaScript, as well as robust backend services and API design to support data-driven decision making. A strong collaboration with product partners and engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience building full stack applications.
• Hands-on experience with React and JavaScript.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including testing, code reviews, and version control.
