Job summary

Synergy ECP is seeking a Level III Software Integration Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software across heterogeneous operating systems, with emphasis on HPC environments.

You will generate stack documentation and manage sustainment updates. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in CS (or equivalent experience), Linux admin skills, Bash scripting, and hands-on experience with SLURM and HPC parallel

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years in associated SIE work.
Five years of related work can substitute for the degree.
Master's Degree can substitute for two years of experience.
Experience as Linux System Administrator with compute, network, memory and storage knowledge.
Experience writing Bash scripts and diagnosing Linux cluster issues.
Experience with SLURM and HPC open source parallel programming methods.

Responsibilities

Integrate, install, configure, upgrade, compile, and support COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous OS environment.
Generate documentation for the full software stack.
Update software for sustainment and support.
Work with CM tools and issue tracking systems.
Provide software product ownership for HPC tools.
Operate in fast-paced environments and adapt to multiple architectures.
