The Customer Distribution Infrastructure team owns the foundational customer data system of record that powers Bloomberg’s internal business functions and client-facing experiences. As the trusted source of truth for customer profiles and engagement context, our platform delivers data across Bloomberg instantly and reliably. Our systems underpin everything from core terminal workflows to trading platforms and enterprise applications like the Bloomberg Customer Portal.

You’ll design and evolve the core system at the heart of the Bloomberg ecosystem. Handling roughly 6 billion lookups per day across thousands of machines, your work will directly drive the performance and availability of platforms used across the firm. As a full-stack infrastructure team, we work across backend services, APIs, caches, and observability platforms. You will partner with application teams and stakeholders to build the next generation of data propagation and access patterns while balancing data governance with high performance.
