Job summary

KLA is seeking a highly skilled software engineer to build cutting-edge C++ software for next-gen mask inspection systems. You will work with cross-functional experts to tackle complex engineering challenges and create frameworks for AI tooling.

RPC/REST APIs and Kubernetes deployment are a plus. You will develop machine control and data analysis software, integrating AI and ML capabilities to improve tool availability, while collaborating with electrical, mechanical, optical, and software

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS with relevant experience in C++ software for inspection systems.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in multi-threaded apps.
• Experience with RPC/REST interfaces and deployment in Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop inspection machine control software and data analytics for mask inspection systems.
• Integrate AI capabilities and evaluate training/inference flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet system requirements.
