Job summary

Jito is building the next generation of Solana trading infrastructure. You will help create JTX, a high-performance trading app, focusing on speed, reliability, and a seamless user experience for on-chain traders.

You’ll work alongside engineers powering billions in daily value, translating complex market behavior into a fast, intuitive trading experience. This is a 0-to-1 product role with significant ownership and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering, with distributed systems experience.
• Strong systems programming skills; Rust preferred.
• Track record building reliable, low-latency production services.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core systems for a new trading product from scratch.
• Develop low-latency, high-throughput services interacting with Solana.
• Own order routing, execution, real-time data, and position management.
• Implement security across all layers, from signing to data protection.
• Collaborate with product and infra teams to ship fast and iterate.
• Make architecture decisions as an early team member.
