Jito is building the market layer of Solana with a focus on security. You will own product and protocol security, collaborating with the Head of Security and an Enterprise Security Engineer to secure what we ship. This is an engineering role where most backlog is code, not policy.

You’ll lead threat modeling, design reviews, and continuous security improvements across multiple product lines, including AI-driven testing and onchain monitoring.

Qualificações

• You’ve built production systems, and that foundation shapes how you approach security.

• Product and protocol security reviews: threat modeling, secure design review, whitebox code review, and getting in early enough to change designs rather than document them
