Job summary

Visibility Corporation, a Beverly, MA based software company, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to advance our Visibility ERP with modern web tech. You will design, code, test, and maintain enterprise applications while migrating UI from web forms to Blazor and .NET Web API.

You’ll also support billable consulting projects and contribute to product roadmaps. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of .NET experience, REST API skills, SQL Server proficiency, and a track record delivering quality software

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise-class software development with .NET.
Experience with Git and with Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
ERP/Financial/Manufacturing systems experience a plus.
Understanding of full software development life cycle.
Ability to work in the US without sponsorship.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Experience in an agile environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and maintain software across product development and consulting engagements.
Lead UI design and migrate from web forms to Blazor and .NET Web API.
Collaborate with customers and the .NET team to deliver custom solutions on time.
Independently source requirements and code to specifications.
Mentor other .NET developers and enforce coding standards.
Develop automated tests and perform performance tuning.
Work with engineering and product teams to shape the roadmap.
Stay current with trends and contribute to product direction.
Participate in planning and stand-up meetings; support presales and events.
