Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced backend lead in Salt Lake City to own quarterly goals, guide engineers through complex problems, and collaborate with product and design teams.

You will ensure system availability, set code quality standards, and mentor team members, with 4+ years in Python or Kotlin and hands-on AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes experience. A Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent practical experience.
