Job summary

Affirm is seeking a backend engineer to lead complex backend initiatives for Enterprise Merchant integrations in Houston. You will drive quarterly goals, mentor engineers, and partner with product, design, and analytics to craft scalable APIs while keeping systems highly available.

The role requires 4+ years in backend development with Python or Kotlin, and hands-on experience with distributed systems on AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
