Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Play a critical role in the design and implementation of our flagship product.
2. Prototype and iterate new feature sets infused with the latest AI technologies.
3. Help define technology best practices and research future platform iteration.
4. Help mentor our current and future engineering team.
5. Work with high-quality, rich datasets from Fortune 500 companies to drive insights for our customers.

Qualifications

Requirements:

1. Experience leading or playing a critical role in back-end development for 4+ years, ideally in startup/SaaS environments.
2. Strong proficiency in Python, or very similar leading back-end technologies.
3. Familiarity with NodeJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Docker.
4. Working knowledge of design patterns like SOA and microservices is ideal.
5. Experience with standard practices like TDD, Scrum/Agile is a plus.
6. Experience mentoring other talented engineers.
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar experience.
