Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 1 year in technical leadership.
• Proven track record building secure, standards-compliant code across platforms.
• Fluent in C#, .NET, SQL; hands-on cloud experience with Azure services.
• RESTful API design, OAuth2, OpenAPI specifications.
• Event-driven and microservice architectures.
• Observability dashboards with Datadog, Grafana.
• Git, DevOps, Agile Scrum, and security practices in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure BaaS platform components.
• Support partner onboarding workflows and platform enhancements.
• Design and implement REST APIs with OAuth2 and OpenAPI specs.
• Leverage observability dashboards to monitor systems.
