Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, OAuth2, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Queuing mechanisms, multithreading, and distributed computing.
• Familiarity with container orchestration and release automation; observability tools like Datadog.
• Experience implementing secure coding practices and compliance workflows in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and organizational skills for testing multiple projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA or similar tools.
• Understanding secure development processes in regulated environments (PCI DSS, SOC 2).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products across local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related platforms.
• Lead development of backend services and APIs to support platform operations and release engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deployment performance and reliability.
• Lead initiatives to improve CI/CD workflows, observability, and platform reliability.
• Implement monitoring and alerting to ensure SLA adherence and rapid incident response.
