Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a healthcare tech org in Morrisville, NC. You will lead development in .NET Core, C#, Angular, and React within an Azure-based microservices architecture.

The role is Contract-to-Hire with on-site presence 3 days per week in Raleigh area, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive architecture and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with 3+ years in a senior role focused on .NET and JavaScript.
• Cloud-native apps on Azure or AWS, with Blob Storage familiarity.
• Strong OOP, design patterns and system architecture with React, Angular, TypeScript, ASP.NET Web Forms.
• SQL/DBs including Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Oracle; CI/CD pipelines, microservices, Agile and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and React for scalable solutions.
• Provide architectural direction and technical leadership on complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and standards.
• Analyze system performance and implement optimizations for scalability.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
