The position is contract-to-hire with on-site presence 3 days per week in Raleigh, NC. You will mentor engineers, drive architectural direction, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, secure software solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with 3+ years in a senior role focused on .NET and JavaScript technologies.
• Proven experience building cloud-native applications on Azure or AWS, with familiarity in services like Blob Storage.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system architecture, with practical experience in React, Angular, TypeScript, and ASP.NET Web Forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and React, delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Provide architectural direction and technical leadership on complex initiatives, driving innovation and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, set technical standards, and support strategic planning and execution.
• Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices to uphold code quality standards.
