Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, deploying, and debugging distributed systems at scale.
• Strong proficiency in JVM-based languages, with Kotlin preferred.
• Experience with Docker/containers and OS-level virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and development of autonomous fleet management software.
• Refactor and write new code with emphasis on testability, stability, performance, and security.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide projects to execution excellence.
• Architect distributed backend systems and modern web-based UIs for operations.
