Job summary

AMC Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Applied AI. You’ll work across real-time voice AI, LLM engineering, and traditional ML, building production-grade systems in a regulated healthcare setting.

You will design, implement, and operate end-to-end ML pipelines, deploy scalable backend services, and ensure security and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote US environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and operating production backend systems.
• Strong Python and backend skills with real-time latency concerns.
• Experience with distributed cloud runtimes and telemetry to root cause.

Responsibilities

• Ship and debug code for a live, real-time voice pipeline with low latency.
• Design control systems around LLMs: guardrails and safe fallbacks.
• Build and operate LLM evaluation and batch-analysis pipelines.
• Own traditional ML workflows from data to production inference.
• Trace production issues from metric anomalies to root cause.
