Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable software solutions. You will build reliable applications, improve performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.

Responsibilities include API development, backend services, and ensuring code quality with tests. 5+ years of enterprise-level software experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with software development principles and OO programming.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with SQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Version control experience with Git, GitHub or similar.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile development and testing methodologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following standards.
• Build, integrate APIs, backend services, and components.
• Troubleshoot defects and improve reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and dev teams.
• Develop unit tests and support deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to improvements.
