Turo is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Android in San Francisco. You will join a growing Android team building features across the app and ensure top-quality code, testing, and collaboration with PMs, designers, and other engineers.

We ship daily, test extensively, and encourage experimentation. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Thu) at our San Francisco office, with flexible collaboration across teams.

We ship code daily, A/B test extensively, and have a primary role in experimenting with new ideas from inception to implementation. For this role, the target base salary range in San Francisco is $156,000-$195,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. In general, our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role. Within the range, individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
