Anduril Industries, Inc. is hiring a Software Engineer to develop and own software for Air Defense tower variants. You will work in a declarative platform, integrating radar and infrared camera services, networks, and image builds.

Travel is light and the program emphasizes breadth across configuration, deployment, and field support. You will collaborate with engineers to align requirements and delivery, contribute to the software update path, and own end-to-end aspects of the tower variants

Competenze

• 2+ years of professional software engineering shipping real systems.
• Proficiency in Rust or C++, with experience in an existing codebase.
• Strong Linux fundamentals: CLI, systemd, networking, and log-driven debugging.
• Experience integrating software with hardware and working on a bench with equipment.
• Ability to own a piece of a larger system end to end, including deployment and testing.
• Clear written communication between requirements and implementation.
• US person status and eligibility for US security clearance.

Mansioni

• Own the software configuration for Air Defense tower variants: product definitions, payload and sensor configuration, networking, and image builds in the declarative platform.
• Integrate and support the variants' sensor payloads, especially radar and infrared camera services and their configuration.
• Develop features driven by Air Defense program requirements from design to delivery into a shipping product.
• Migrate legacy configurations onto the modern platform base, promoting modular, reusable components.
• Own the software update and deployment path and the manufacturing test configuration validating units.
• Triage issues in the field, reproduce and root-cause problems, and drive fixes with the owning team.
• Coordinate with Air Defense engineers and stakeholders to keep requirements, schedule, and technical reality aligned.
