Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or equivalent (required).
8+ years architecting and maintaining multi-tier distributed web apps (Python/JS/RoR/J2EE).
5+ years architecting JSON APIs.
2+ years hands-on AI/ML engineering in production.
Experience with microservices, containers, data modeling.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient software systems aligned with roadmaps, including AI features.
Lead value stream initiatives in an agile environment to meet business and technical goals.
Apply engineering best practices in architecture, quality, security, and observability.
Establish AI development lifecycles, prompt management, and evaluation frameworks.
Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to productionize AI capabilities.
Contribute to enterprise-wide AI governance and operational excellence.
