Rilla in New York City is building the leading sales coaching software for organizations operating offline. You will engineer end-to-end workflows, ship features at lightning speed, take them to production, and solve real-world problems at an outsized scale.

As an early technical steward, you’ll raise the bar for code quality and decision-making, setting patterns that scale with the company’s growth. This role blends deep engineering with AI applications in the physical world.

Qualifications

• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust or similar languages.
• Familiarity with storage and data processing systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience at start-ups and ability to iterate quickly with teammates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and a customer-obsessed mindset.
