Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with the ability to lead or mentor junior engineers.
• Strong programming expertise in Python and experience with AWS.
• Experience with ML/Generative AI and Agentic AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and security.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
• Drive and enforce Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
