Job summary

MountainSeed, a leading real estate tech services provider, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design and build an AI-powered application across the full technology stack. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping, iteration, and learning, with hands-on use of AI coders to accelerate development.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, strong Python, .NET, and AWS skills, and a track record delivering scalable, high-performance systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.
• Agile mindset with emphasis on prototyping and speed-to-value.
• Back End: Python primary; also .NET, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Infrastructure: strong AWS experience including EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, Cognito, CloudWatch, Bedrock.
• Quality & Testing: automated tests and CI/CD integration.
• AI-Assisted Development: hands-on with AI coding agents to accelerate coding.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and iterate on prototypes and production-ready apps.
• Lead full-stack development across front-end, back-end, and infra.
• Use AI coding agents to speed development and improve code quality.
• Design and evolve AI-powered features with LLMs and related AI infra.
• Develop APIs and cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and DevOps to meet requirements.
• Ensure smooth deployments with CI/CD and automated testing.
