Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years of design or architecture (reliability and scaling) experience
• 3+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
• 3+ years of OO design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience programming with at least one software language

Responsibilities

• Interface with scientists, product managers, and program managers to determine requirements for production systems
• Analyze log data to inform future system design and parameter configuration
• Build scalable, production-ready data pipelines for petabyte-scale data
• Integrate models and algorithms into real-time production systems at massive scale
• Design and run experiments to evaluate model and algorithm impacts in production
• Run analysis reports of web-experiments to assess benefits and risks of launches
• Serve as liaison to customer/seller-facing partner teams for escalations
• Manage cross-functional machine learning initiatives
