Ambience Healthcare, Inc. is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Product team to design and build features healthcare providers use daily.

As an OpenAI portfolio company, you will work with leaders in AI and contribute to cutting-edge healthcare technology. In the first 6 months, you’ll own meaningful initiatives end-to-end—from shaping the experience with product and design partners to shipping high-quality code that clinicians rely on in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience; zero-to-one problems across multiple teams.
• Strong product instinct and focus on user experience.
• Comfort across the stack with modern web tech and cloud infra (AWS/GCP, Postgres, Docker).

Responsibilities

• Design and architect major product features leveraging AI to deliver a great UX.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and re-architect components to prevent issues for customers.
• Lead product initiatives with high strategic value and manage technical debt.
• Maintain high coding standards and help evolve engineering processes to ship quality code.
