Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a senior software engineer to serve as the technical anchor for a cross-functional Healthcare squad. You will balance hands-on development across Java/Spring Boot, React, and Python data pipelines while shaping architecture and delivery within an AI-accelerated SDLC.

You will mentor peers, drive design decisions, and partner with product, QA, and analytics teams to improve provider data management and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven full‑stack delivery in Java and modern JavaScript; Python experience for data pipelines.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the squad's technical anchor, guiding design and safeguarding quality.
• Design/Build Java Spring Boot apps, React UIs, and Python data pipelines for reliable data delivery.
• Lead code reviews and deliver complex features and fixes.
• Drive backlog refinement, estimates, and sprint readiness.
• Serve as primary technical liaison for cross-team dependencies.
• Champion AI-accelerated SDLC and mentor peers on AI tools.
