Job summary

CaptivateIQ, Inc. is hiring a senior software engineer to build core product capabilities from the ground up, using Django, Python and React. You will collaborate with product and design to translate ambiguous problems into scalable technical solutions for our enterprise customers.

You will optimize platform performance, design data models and APIs to support complex business logic and large data volumes, and mentor teammates to uphold high engineering standards across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack Python/React.
• Proven ability to build and scale products from early stages.
• Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop core product capabilities from the ground up using Django, Python and React.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to translate ambiguous problems into technical solutions.
• Optimize platform performance and scale for enterprise data and complexity.
• Migrate to a unified platform across products and define data models and APIs.
