Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, software/engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of related engineering experience with a BS; 4 years with MS; 1 year with PhD.
• Experience programming with Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Experience building end-to-end full-stack software in production.
• Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into features.
• Independently owning features from design to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable full-stack software for Cisco's CX Platform.
• Own significant features end-to-end from design through delivery.
• Design reliable, high-performing systems and integrate AI/ML capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers in an agile environment.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, testing strategy, and CI/CD practices.
