The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Software Engineer, 3+ years in SaaS, strong Java/Spring backend, SQL/PostgreSQL, and front-end skills with TypeScript/React. Hybrid-remote role across North America, with SF as a key location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced SaaS or similar environment.
• Experience with server-side Java software development, with Spring framework.
• Proficiency with SQL, PostgreSQL, and familiarity with ORMs.
• Expertise in front-end technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, and React.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full stack to build scalable, secure production systems.
• Develop new features, tools, frameworks, and workflows to meet evolving requirements.
• Drive projects from concept to deployment.
• Ensure performance, uptime, and code quality, security, and design standards.
• Collaborate with agile teams and participate in on-call rotation for production issues.
• Create run-books, metrics, and dashboards.
