You will lead the analysis and design of complex technical problems, architect robust systems, and mentor emerging talent, working on full-stack solutions for bioinformatic workflows and GenAI-enhanced development.

The role demands deep experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and Python, Node.js/NestJS, React, and scalable data pipelines using Nextflow, Nextflow Tower, and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TypeScript/JavaScript/Python development.
• Experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Experience with React and complex component systems.
• Bioinformatics orchestration pipelines with Nextflow.
• Managing Nextflow Tower across cloud environments.
• GenAI coding tools and autonomous agents experience.
• API integration and GenAI in production apps.
• PostgreSQL performance tuning and indexing.
• Redis caching for high throughput systems.
• Distributed microservices interfacing with bioinformatic workflows.
• GCP infrastructure, CI/CD, and cloud compute for pipelines.
• Enterprise design patterns for large systems.
