Arketa is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build AI products our customers can feel and to make the team faster while you do it.

Your first big surface is a customer-facing AI product that helps studios grow, alongside modernizing core architecture and building agentic loops, CI, and observability for a fast-paced ship cadence.

This product engineering role emphasizes internal tooling and developer experience to multiply the team; customers are small business owners who rely on what you ship.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, evidence matters more than years.
• Full-stack contributor capable across the stack; one layer focus is not required.
• Fluent in JavaScript/TypeScript; comfortable across the ecosystem.
• Experience with AI tooling, agentic workflows, or automation is a strong plus.
• Experience contributing to migrations or large-scale refactors.
• Hands-on production reliability: observability, alerting, debugging live issues.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI products that let studio operators automate operations.
• Develop and improve agentic loops to strengthen codebase and delivery.
• Own features end to end from scope to shipping and measurement.
• Contribute to simplifying infrastructure and operations for faster work.
• Strengthen production safety nets: detect, alert, respond to issues.
