Job summary

inTrial is building world-class software and AI agents for plaintiff law firms. You’ll own features end-to-end across the stack, from database schema to the screens lawyers use every day, and ship to real firms quickly. We ship extremely fast, turning customer requests into live features in hours.

We ship extremely fast, value practical results, and expect you to help keep our codebase clean as the team grows. NYC hybrid preferred, remote for extremely qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Node/Fastify, and PostgreSQL.
• Track record shipping product at an early-stage startup.
• Interest in legal tech or plaintiff/personal injury workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end, from database schema and API design to polished frontend UI.
• Build and scale AI agents for deployment in real-world plaintiff law firms.
• Ship quickly to real firms and iterate based on how they actually use the product.
• Help keep our codebase clean, consistent, and a pleasure to work in as the team grows.
