Job summary

ClearEdge is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead day-to-day delivery for a core AI-enabled product. You will guide a small team while staying hands-on, implementing scalable, secure services and AI-assisted capabilities with UI/UX development.

Responsibilities include owning releases end-to-end, technically guiding 2–6 engineers, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into impactful solutions.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance; U.S. citizenship.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or similar field.
10+ years of experience in design, development, and deployment of software systems.
Fluency with AI-native IDEs.
Strong version control habits.

Responsibilities

Lead development of customer-specific implementations within the platform architecture.
Remain a primary implementor while guiding a 2–6 engineer team.
Make technical trade-off decisions and coordinate with platform leadership.
Gather requirements, prioritize delivery, and report status to stakeholders.
Own releases end-to-end, including deployments to hybrid and air-gapped environments.
