Job summary

Ladders is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, AI-Enabled Production Tools. This remote US-based role focuses on building AI-enabled production tools and content pipelines.

You will own end-to-end tools and pipelines, ensure reliability, and partner with artists and engineers to deliver scalable automation. Responsibilities include leading projects, designing architectures, and creating robust workflows for content generation, validation, and asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in software engineering focused on production tools or content pipelines.
• 2+ years of technical leadership, including mentoring and project management.
• Strong Python skills with API design and software architecture experience.
• Experience in integrating DCC applications and supporting content workflows.
• Experience building multi-step AI workflows with state management and failure handling.
• Proficient in version control, code review, and release management.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, AI-Enabled Production Tools to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will focus on building and supporting AI-enabled engineering and production tools that improve how teams create, validate, and manage complex digital content and workflows. You will own tools and pipeline systems end to end, with responsibility for reliability, integration, and support in a fast-paced technical environment. The position also involves partnering closely with artists, technical artists, and engineering teams to deliver practical automation and scalable software foundations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $184,000 – $356,500 annually
