Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to help build and scale highly reliable platforms within our Supply Chain Intelligence team. You will own core data services and collaborate with product teams to shape architecture for high-volume systems.

You will design and implement multi-tier distributed software, focusing on code quality, performance, and security, while embracing innovative AI-assisted development approaches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience
• 1+ years of SDE or related occupation experience

Responsibilities

• Solve ambiguous business problems and map them to technical solutions.
• Use object-oriented concepts, algorithms and data structures at scale.
• Innovate and build large-scale real-time streaming platforms.
• Design, launch, refactor, re-architect, and deprecate multi-tier systems with large data.
• Adapt to fast-paced development environments and favor simple, extensible code.
• Use AI coding agents as a primary development tool end-to-end with a partner.
