Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in full‑stack development, including React with TypeScript and a back‑end language (Python, C#, or Java).
• Solid understanding of software design, data structures, algorithms, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production applications, services, and features for members and internal teams.
• Use Claude Code and AI tools to accelerate development; review and secure AI-generated code.
• Contribute to system designs and document decisions clearly.
• Build and maintain unit and integration tests; contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate with cloud platforms and enterprise systems, including authentication and secure API access.
• Apply secure development practices throughout the software lifecycle.
