Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Texas to design, build, and maintain mission-critical applications across clinical and administrative operations. You’ll blend hands-on full-stack development with architectural ownership, spanning web, desktop, and mobile delivery, while shaping AI usage in workflows.

The role emphasizes cross-platform mobile apps with .NET MAUI, cloud deployments on Azure, and data solutions across multiple systems, including Databricks and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• Experience publishing mobile apps to app stores and device onboarding.
• Experience with Databricks or similar big-data platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and LLM integration patterns.
• Experience in healthcare IT or regulated industries (HIPAA).
• Familiarity with IaC and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cross‑platform mobile apps using .NET MAUI.
• Develop SQL-based data solutions across clinical and operational systems.
• Contribute to architecture and API/service design discussions.
• Write clean, secure, well-tested code following best practices.
• Develop and support apps hosted on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions).
• Work with SQL Server and Databricks; optimize queries and performance.
• Support CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps for MAUI distribution.
