Paperless Parts is a SaaS startup powering manufacturers to quote faster and win more work. You will join the engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer, building scalable Python backends and React frontends, and owning meaningful slices of the product.

You’ll mentor peers, shape AI-driven development patterns, and design secure APIs for seamless integrations, while collaborating with designers and product managers to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering significant software solutions.
• Strong backend with Python/JS stacks and modern web frameworks.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript/React in production.

Responsibilities

• Build across the stack: Python backends and React frontends.
• Design robust, secure, versioned APIs for integration.
• Apply AI across the SDLC and promote patterns with the team.
• Solve deeply technical, secure, compliant problems.
• Champion engineering excellence: tests, observability, docs.
