Job summary

Analytic Recruiting Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and support secure, scalable banking applications. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools across the software lifecycle and contribute full-stack expertise using .NET or Python, modern frontend frameworks, and REST APIs.

The role is remote, with salary up to $115/hour and the potential for a $200k base salary after 6 months if converted to full-time. Visa sponsorship is NOT AVAILABLE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related
• 7+ years of software development experience, including full-stack application development
• Strong experience with .NET OR Python, REST APIs, microservices, and modern frontend frameworks
• Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and G
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native development
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in a professional environment

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to accelerate design, development, testing, and documentation
• Design and develop modern web applications using React, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services using .NET OR Python
• Lead solution design, development, deployment, monitoring, and production support activities
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable cloud-based solutions
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Mentor team members and contribute to engineering best practices
