Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience delivering reliable services.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Rapid learner who adopts AI-enabled workflows.
• High ownership mindset and proactive improvement of the platform.
• Experience building with AI agents or AI-assisted workflows in production.
• Hands-on with C#, SQL, .NET Standard/Core, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience designing and operating cloud services and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of agile scrum, TDD, CD, and observability.
• Deep understanding of OO design and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-enabled forms workflows that convert field data and decisions into intelligent systems.
• Integrate AI agents into the development lifecycle to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with a modern agile team using CI/CD to ship cloud platform capabilities.
• Translate customer and platform needs into architectural decisions and scalable plans.
• Harden services for resilience, observability, performance, and security.
• Deliver platform features and web experiences for global scale.
• Operate in a DevOps-oriented environment with end-to-end ownership from design to deployment and telemetry.
• Integrate cloud services into the Bentley Cloud Platform for scalable, reliable delivery.
